We believe that constant exposure makes chess players gain confidence, besides enhancing their skill of the game. In order to facilitate this, we at AJCA organize State Chess Championships in different categories every year. This throws open tremendous opportunities, especially for players who dream of leaving an indelible mark in this enthralling game.

Besides that, our ventures in co-operation with the All India Chess Federation to run more national and international tournaments in Jharkhand have been instrumental in generating players of National and International caliber.

At AJCA, our passion for the game motivates us to empower chess players by giving them an escalated social status. We very firmly believe that the players have to enjoy respect and adoration in the society, which will make them psychologically at ease, thereby inducing them to give their best to the game. We strive to give them this advantage and boost their spirits.

We at All Jharkhand Chess Association boast of producing some of the finest chess players of the country. The most valuable and remarkable till date is, without a shade of doubt, one and only Grand Master of the state Deep Sengupta. Apart from Deep, we have an lM Neeraj Kumar Mishra the only FIDE Trainer of the state and Jayant Kumar Bhuyan being the only International Arbiter.

We endeavor our effort to identify the talent and provide them a platform to excel in the game of chess to bring laurels to our state and country.
